The Beara-Breifne Way is Ireland’s longest national way-marked trail at 700km in length. A passport is available for the walk and can be obtained through the Beara-Breifne way website. Because the trail incorporates other way-marked trails, there is no onus to walk it from beginning to end, which can be difficult if you’re working or have other commitments. Instead, you can walk the individual trails and tailor them to the time you have. This is what we did and we’ll post about the trails as we walk them.
